Yes. Daniel H Plumbing is one person, so the plumber you speak to on the phone is the one who arrives at your door and finishes the job.
Turn off the stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink, and switch off the electrics if water is anywhere near them. Then call, and I'll talk you through the rest while I'm on my way.
Yes. I'll be clear on cost, timing and when I'm free before any work begins, so there are no surprises when the job is done.
Where I can, yes. Customers have called late in the evening about leaks and boilers and been seen the same night. If I can't get to you quickly I'll say so rather than leave you waiting.
